We collect customer information including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order details to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and improve our services. Payment information is securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD). Nutkhat does not sell, rent, or misuse personal data. Customer information is shared only with courier partners or authorities when required under Pakistani law. Reasonable security measures are used to protect customer data, although complete online security cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Nutkhat provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days; however, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote locations. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, Nutkhat only accepts returns or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof. Opened, used, or perishable items, including desi sweets, are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
